Do you provide international delivery?
We currently post mainly to the UK but you can send us an email before you order for international delivery and we will check out costs for you.
What is your returns policy?
Under the sales of goods act, In the case of faulty products, we allow a period of 7 working days from receipt of goods for the customer to returns them for an exchange or full refund. All products must be returned via recorded delivery in an unused resalable condition, any returns clearly in a used condition, may be rejected. All other refunds are made at the discretion of K9 Organics. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. B2B does not fall under the Distance Selling Directive, discretion is held by K9 Organics.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery will usually be within 2-5days from date of order via Royal Mail.. We offer 2nd class delivery and 1st class Trackable options. K9 Organics regrets we can not be held responsible for items undelivered under the 2nd class postage option once items are sent and proof of postage is retained. A 1st class Trackable option is available at £3.95..
How do I return an item?
Please see our returns policy (left). In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, send us an email with your reasons for returning and our address will be provided to you. All goods must be returned in an unused resalable condition for refunds within 7days. Faulty goods will be exchanged or full refunds given.

Do you use certified organic ingredients?
Absolutely! All ingredients are certified organic, where this is not possible we only use natural ingredients, making our range 100% natural.
How do I apply the shampoo to my dog?
For longer or thicker coats, mix a small amount of shampoo with warm water in a jug. For shorter coats, apply a small amount of shampoo directly onto your dog, work into a lather and rinse well.
